We want your little one to put their best foot forward, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If the fit isn't perfect, we make the return process simple and hassle-free for busy parents.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Stride Rite box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
